Welcome Nicole!

SMaL is excited to welcome our newest postdoc to the group!

Nicole completed her PhD in Chemistry at Tel Aviv University and has extensive expertise in polymer chemistry, supramolecular assembly, and soft-matter fabrication. Her doctoral work focused on designing soft materials—such as enzyme-responsive amphiphilic fibers and hydrogels—and understanding how polymer architecture controls hierarchical mesophase transitions.

At SMaL, Nicole will work on designing tough, recyclable granular double network elastomers and will investigate how composition, microstructure, and crosslinking chemistry influence their mechanics and recyclability.
