Prof Bloch and Courtine receive the Queen Elisabeth Prize for Engineering Neural interfaces are the winners of the 2026 Queen Elisabeth Prize for Engineering. Bertarelli Fellowships Program

   The program

Thanks to the generosity of the Bertarelli Foundation, EPFL Master students have the opportunity to apply for a fellowship allowing them to carry out their Master project within an HMS-affiliated laboratory.

Bertarelli Fellowships, which comprise an allowance of up to 35’000 USD for travel and living expenses in Boston, MA (USA), are awarded on a competitive basis to up to 5 students each academic year since 2011. Since the academic year 2015-2016, this Program is open not only to students in Life Sciences Engineering, but also to students in Neuro-X, Basic, Engineering and Computer Sciences.
