How to apply for a EuroTeQ course

  • Visit the EuroTeQ course catalogue
  • If a course is of interest, check with your doctoral programme administrator if it can be recognised by EPFL. Note that credits for language courses will be not validated.
  • Apply for the course by clicking "apply now" on the catalogue course page (see also the application form here).
    • If your doctoral program gives its approval and you are accepted on the course, the host university will provide you with information on course access, coursework and the exam.
    • If you are not eligible for the course or if there are not enough places, you will be notified accordingly.
    • If you registered but find that you are unable to attend the course, inform myself as soon as possible so that other candidates can take your place.
  • Once the course ends and you receive the certificate of attendance, submit it to your doctoral programme administrator for validation.

Application deadlines

  • For courses at École Polytechnique (France): 4 December 2025
  • For courses at all other partner universities: 17 December 2025
