Twice a year, our software provider SAP releases an update for the SuccessFactors platform.
At EPFL, we use specifically three modules: the «Recruitment» module (Sesame tile with the same name), the «Performance» module (Sesame tile «Goals and Appraisal & Development Discussions») and the «Compensation» module (Sesame tile «Grant bonuses»).
Starting Monday, November 17, 2025, a new feature deserves your attention:
- «Recruitment» module: it is now possible to process up to 150 applications simultaneously (previously limited to 50).
You will also note that the home page of SuccessFactors has been updated with a new design.
