Ticketshop is getting a fresh new look

Ticketshop is getting a fresh new look!

The Ticketshop EPFL application now allows you to select the funds to which you allocate train tickets, which is particularly useful when you have the railticket entitlement across several Financial Centers and Funds.

This selection is then reflected on the SBB/CFF webshop and mobile app.

For any questions regarding the purchase of train tickets on the SBB Webshop platform:

  • To link your SwissPass to your EPFL account: https://www.epfl.ch/campus/mobility/mobility-and-travel/academic-travel/travelling-by-train/

  • Questions about travel: mobilite@epfl.ch (this creates a ticket for the Mobility support group);

  • For using the ticketshop.epfl.ch website (see KB0014657);

  • For issues related to Accred, access rights, or funds: create a ticket at 1234;

  • For SwissPass problems, questions about products, or about the sbb.ch website: contact the CFF/SBB hotline.

Best regards,

Your Sesame Team
